Service, Phoenix and Tucson
We supply the balloon, the helium, the installation, the weather monitoring and the removal. Balloon service is $247.25 a day, blimp service $297.25 a day, Tucson $30 a day more.
Billed every Monday for the weekend just flown. No contract, no minimum, stop any time, and no charge on days weather keeps it down.
Service covers greater Phoenix and Tucson only. We will not promise coverage our trucks cannot reach.
Warranty, stated narrowly on purpose
If it wears out, send it back and we replace it.
That covers wear. It does not cover a balloon lost to weather. We write it narrowly rather than making an open-ended promise we would later argue about, and no manufacturer covers weather loss anyway.
The 25 mph forecast rule is the whole of the maintenance manual, and following it is why fourteen-year-old balloons exist.
